The single biggest change is in how things have evolved in relation to the two senior leaders.
I perhaps looked to them - deferred to them, even previously. I’ve now stepped into my own role as a leader significantly more. It has resulted in me modelling behaviours rather than being frustrated that they were not doing so. I recognise that it has presented challenges for them and supporting them in this has been important.
Ultimately positive things are happening as a result of my participation in this programme, even if it gets messy at times.
The session last night was great - what I love about [Sile’s] insights is the applicability - I can always envisage situations in which I could “pick up on “ bids for instance, or accept influence - I thought that was really fascinating.
Also, value the fact that being collaborative is a skill I have anyway but only beginning to realise the value it has as a leadership skill. Really great work Sile!
I have a stronger understanding of my own leadership style and strategies on how to leverage this to build relationships and further develop my leadership. I understand my strengths and development areas and have a number of strategies to support this which has helped me progress with more confidence.

- Got another question? Please email us at info@silewalsh.com
- Why is it so affordable? What is the catch?Firstly - we don’t just teach effective leadership and inclusive solutions; we practice it. The affordability of an offering directly impacts who can and can’t receive that support. We price it with this in mind.
Secondly - we focus our resources on delivering high-quality content directly related to the course purpose and learning outcomes. This is rooted in the following rationale.
-> We are a small team and need to focus on where we put our attention and discern between value-added decisions versus ones for vanity.
-> We take the content and research of this work very seriously, ensuring that every element within a piece of work contributes to the learning process and purpose. This approach allows us to offer academic knowledge in an accessible and cost-effective way. This means we don’t fluff around trying to make things look perfect. Instead, we focus on delivering great content at accessible prices.
-> We believe in providing real substance over superficial vanity, making our courses an exceptional investment for those seeking genuine learning and growth.
-> We are actively working against the constant hustle, never-good enough, perfection narratives of capitalism that uphold inequality in the world. This means we do our best to practice what we value without getting buried in perfectionism. (It is an ongoing practice) - What is the total value of LEADIN?Each module is priced at €1100; Peer-to-peer work at €800, assessment portfolio at €250, and Bonuses at €1600+++, resulting in a minimum of €5950.
