•  Facilitated Development Sessions: Each session is up to an hour, highly interactive, and practice-focused. You must attend at least 3 sessions live to meet the facilitator standards. 
•  Applied Learning: Through Practice Sessions, combine reflection, discussion, and live application. You’ll apply the learning within your own context throughout the programme. 
• Peer-to-Peer work: 2 hours over the full process, working with peers in an hourly slot at a time that is convenient for you.  Regular opportunities for reflection and feedback with peers and facilitators.
• Lead Facilitator Mentoring: Structured support online to deepen your learning and development. 
• Individual Project: Apply the Include–Performance Framework directly within your organisation or community. Receive guidance and feedback as you integrate the framework into real-world practice. 
•  Facilitator Licence and Resources: (1 Year) Opportunity to achieve facilitator licence upon meeting standards. Listing in the Directory of Facilitators. Access to the Facilitator Manual and Resource Library. Ongoing access to research updates and new tools. 
• Certification of Completion upon meeting all Train-the-Facilitator (TtF) criteria. 
•  A digital badge for email, social media, and professional profiles. 
•  Practical Tools and Resources: Access to worksheets, frameworks, whitepapers, and articles to tailor and strengthen your practice. 
•  Learning and Development Platform Access: All training materials, recordings, and support resources are available via our online learning platform (included with your licence). 
•  Access to a Community of Practice: Join a global network of facilitators for ongoing learning, supervision, collaboration, and shared case studies.

The Include–Performance Framework Facilitator Training is a structured development experience designed to build your capability to apply and facilitate the framework effectively in organisational or community contexts. Your licence and listing are dependent on achieving the project outcomes, attending the required sessions, and engaging with the practice to a high professional standard.
