The 2026 supervision process has been designed to create a consistent, reflective, and growth-oriented experience for practitioners.

By prioritising regular engagement, we can cultivate deeper learning, long-term development, and a more integrated way of working that goes beyond reactive problem-solving.

Regular engagement is key to effective supervision. It supports navigating complex client situations and strengthens the ability to recognise triggers, identify key signposts, and bring reflective practice into meaningful action.

The annual structure includes 10 supervision sessions across 12 months, with August and December commonly taken off. Supervision fees are €150 per session, paid at €125 per month for 12 months.
